Estimates and pricing
We may need the property address, photos, an on-site visit, and details about access and the requested work before providing a price. Any price, timing, or availability discussed before a written proposal is preliminary. The final scope, price, payment terms, and schedule will be stated in a written estimate or agreement for your review. Additional work or changed conditions may require a revised written estimate before that work proceeds.
Offers in an advertisement
A promotion or discount applies only when the specific advertisement states it and its conditions are met. Offers cannot be assumed to apply to every service or property. If an advertisement says “free estimate,” the initial estimate for an eligible project is free; we will tell you before scheduling if a requested inspection or specialized assessment has a charge. Any material limitations of a specific offer should be stated in that advertisement.
Service availability
Service depends on location, crew and equipment availability, property access, site conditions, and safe working conditions. Emergency requests are prioritized when possible, but an ad or form submission does not guarantee an immediate response or arrival time. We may decline work that we cannot safely or reasonably perform.
Property details and approvals
Please provide accurate information about the property, ownership or authorization to request work, and known hazards or access restrictions. Before work begins, the written proposal can identify cleanup, stump grinding, hauling, fence access, utility coordination, permits, or HOA approvals where relevant. Work outside the agreed scope is not included unless added in writing.
